Ordering Information
Most products that we offer are available for purchase online via our secure shopping experience 24/7, but some products do require custom orders via phone assistance with one of our expert sales associates. Products that require phone assistance include but are not limited to: Cabinet doors and drawers.
To place an order on a custom product, call us toll-free at 1-877-517-5277 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM PST.
We are not responsible for any measurements made by the customer.
Order Fulfillment
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Your order will be shipped as soon as it has been processed. An email confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address on file.
We currently fulfill orders billed and shipped to US customers only. International orders are not accepted.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover Cards, and PayPal.
Sales Tax
California residents are subject to local sales tax charges. Check your local government institutions for current sales tax rates.
Shipping Information
Standard Shipments
All products eligible for standard shipping methods are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or shipped directly from the HomewareHQ warehouse via UPS and most do not require a signature. Please allow 1 to 7 business days for shipping after your order has been processed. Shipments can be tracked online at HomewareHQ.com or the carrier's website.
Special Orders and Limited Stock Items
Special orders and limited stock items may take from 2 to 10 business days to be shipped to our facility. If a special order item or a limited stock item is back ordered it may take up to 25 business days to be delivered.
Freight Shipments
All products that require freight shipping are shipped via UPS either direct from the manufacturer or from the HomewareHQ warehouse. A representative from HomewareHQ will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery of your order. If you do not receive a call, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Please be aware that freight deliveries are to the curbside only and an additional charge for inside delivery will be required. You will be required to provide assistance to the driver to unload your order from the truck. If you are unable to do so, it may be necessary for the trucker to use a tailgate lift at an extra charge.
Signature Receipts
If a signature is required on a shipped order, it is preferred that you do not sign until you have fully inspected the contents of your packages and verify there is nothing missing or damaged. Please be aware that by signing a shipping receipt, you are legally signing a document stating that you have inspected the item and that it is in good condition.
Custom Products
Ship times for custom products such as cabinet doors may vary from our quoted time. We will notify customers of exact ship times as soon as we get confirmation from the manufacturers. Once an order is placed the sale is final and is non refundable. We are not responsible for any measurements made by the customer.
Return Information
Defective Products
If a product is defective we will ship you another for free. Product defects must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Damaged Products
All products must be inspected before opening. If a product is damaged in transit, we will help claim insurance from the shipping company, but this must be done within 10 days. If you allow this time to elapse no claims can be made and a return cannot be accepted. Custom orders such as cabinet doors cannot be returned. Products that require minimum orders cannot be returned.

Other
We are proud of the products we offer and it is our goal that you receive your goods exactly as described. We will pay for shipping both ways if this is not the case (i.e. customer orders a white spice rack, and receives a chrome one); however, it is your responsibility to make sure that the products you order will be suitable for your needs.
Returns for other reasons must be made within 30 days, shipping paid by the customer. The products must be in the original packaging, with all materials, instructions, and hardware. The original box must be in a re-saleable condition. You will be refunded or credited minus the shipping charges and a manufacturer re-stocking fee of 25% or a minimum of $20. If this was an item that shipped free of charge, the actual shipping cost will be charged back to you.
Order Cancellations
Custom products such as cabinet doors cannot be cancelled after the order is placed. Products that are already shipped may not be cancelled.
Product Images Disclaimer
Due to the variances in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the color represented in a product image on your monitor is exactly as it actually appears. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 1-877-517-5277.
Errors and Omissions
We take pride in our service and we do the best possible job to insure that the pricing and product information on HomewareHQ is accurate. Should there be a typographical or informational error, we apologize for any inconvenience, and we reserve the right not to fulfill orders based on incorrect pricing or information.
